Section 13:82-5.1 - Scope

Operations of personal watercraft on the waters of the State shall be in accordance with the provisions of P.L. 1993, c.299 (12:7-62 et seq.) , section 18 of P.L. 1995, c.401 (12:7-86 ) and rules promulgated thereunder by the Superintendent of State Police at N.J.A.C. 13:64.
