Section 13:80-1.13 - Appeals

All decisions regarding award eligibility in any proceeding shall be reviewed and approved by the Attorney General's designee, upon whose approval the decision shall constitute a final agency determination for purposes of this section. Any final agency determination as to award eligibility pursuant to this section shall be reviewable as a contested case by the Office of Administrative Law according to the procedures set forth in the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 and 52:14F-1 and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
