Section 13:79-4.1 - Certification
(a) A municipality that receives a grant under this program shall certify that all grant funds shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the grant award.
(b) A municipality that receives a grant under this program shall certify that it shall not reduce its regular complement of police officers and other law enforcement personnel during any grant period.
