Section 13:78-5.5 - Compliance with State and local laws

Any public entity, receiving moneys for victim and witness assistance or advocacy from the Fund under this chapter, shall comply with and follow State of New Jersey procurement practices and procedures pursuant to the "Local Public Contracts Law," 40A:11-1 et seq., any rules promulgated and adopted thereunder, and any other controlling State or local laws or ordinances.
