Section 13:74-5.5 - Fingerprint and photograph requirement

All persons licensed by the Commission in connection with off-tracking wagering and account wagering will be required to be fingerprinted and photographed. The applicant must pay for the cost of fingerprints and for the related criminal history check consistent with the fee structure of the reviewing State and Federal agency.
