Section 13:72-6.2 - Simulcast wagering equipment

All manufacturers, suppliers, and repairers of simulcast wagering equipment, including totalisators, pari-mutuel machines, self-service pari-mutuel machines, and credit voucher machines, to casino licensees or hub facilities shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of 5:12-92.a.
