Section 13:71-13.16 - Limitation on conditions

Conditions shall not be written in such a way that any horse is deprived of an opportunity to race in normal preference cycle. Where the word "preferred" is used in a condition it shall not superseded date preference. Not more than three also eligible conditions shall be used in writing the conditions of any overnight event.
