Section 13:70-3.30 - Unredeemed mutuel tickets

(a) Every association shall carry on its books, an account which shows the total amount due on outstanding unredeemed mutuel tickets not presented for payment.

(b) All sums held by an association for payment of outstanding pari-mutuel tickets not claimed by the person or persons entitled thereto within 12 months from the time such tickets are issued shall be paid to the Commission upon the expiration of such 12-month holding period.
