Section 13:69M-2.6 - Conduct of authorized games in a casino simulcasting facility

A casino licensee may, subject to the rules of the Division, conduct any authorized game as defined by 5:12-5 or by rule of the Division, other than slot machines, in a casino simulcasting facility.
