Casino licensees and casino license applicants shall afford reasonable accommodation in employment to persons with disabilities in accordance with the requirements of the Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq., and attendant rules, and Title I of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., and attendant regulations.
