In order to retain its CHAB license, not later than five years after obtaining a vendor registration pursuant to Section 94 of the Act, and every five years thereafter, a non-casino CHAB licensee shall submit such information and documentation as the division may require to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Director, that the CHAB licensee continues to meet the requirements of Section 103 of the Act, the rules of the Division, Title 33 of the Revised Statutes, and the rules, regulations and bulletins of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, except where inconsistent with the Act or the rules of the Division.
