Section 13:69F-6.9 - Continuous shuffling shoe or device

In lieu of the dealing and shuffling requirements set forth in 13:69F-6.3 and 6.4, a casino licensee may utilize a dealing shoe or other device designed to automatically reshuffle the cards.
