Section 13:69C-5.1 - General investigative standards

The Division shall conduct an investigation of a casino license applicant, and each person required to be qualified as part of the application. The casino license applicant and each such person shall provide all information, documentation and assurances required by 5:12-80, 80.1, 80.2, 82, 83, 84, 85, 85.1, 85.2, 86, 87 and 87.1 or as otherwise may be required for the Division's investigation pursuant to the Act and the rules of the Division.
