Section 13:62-3B.7 - Safety belts

(a) Safety belts are required at all times for any vehicles, and any occupant of any vehicle, that is allowed on any portion of the race track.

(b) Safety belts must be installed according to the manufacturers recommendations and to the guidelines of the sanctioning organization.
