Section 13:62-3.1 - Licensed facilities

Road course-racing, high performance driving schools, and driving experience-related events shall only take place in licensed facilities. Sanctioned and unsanctioned events shall be conducted in a manner no less restrictive than permitted pursuant to the rules in this chapter.
