Section 13:47H-1.2 - Violations; enforcement

(a) Any violation of or noncompliance with the provisions of this subchapter shall subject the violator to a penalty of not less than $ 100.00 as authorized by 51:1-89.

(b) The provisions of this subchapter shall be enforceable by the State Superintendent of Weights and Measures and county or municipal superintendents and all weights and measures officers.

1. When used in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, the term "Director" shall mean the State Superintendent of Weights and Measures and county or municipal superintendents.
