Section 13:47A-14.9 - Sequestration of witnesses

Unless permitted in the discretion of the Bureau employee, Deputy Attorney General or other person designated by the Bureau conducting the investigation, no witness shall be present during the examination of any other witness called in such proceeding. Where counsel represents more than one witness as set forth in 13:47A-14.7 through 14.10, inclusive, counsel shall not inform one witness of the nature and contents of another witness' examination.
