Section 13:47-12.5 - Stenographic record(a) Whenever oral argument, or the oral testimony of witnesses, or both, is presented at the hearing of an appeal, any party may, at his own expense, have a certified shorthand reporter present to take a stenographic record of the proceedings.(b) If such record is made, the party shall file the original transcript with the Control Commission.(c) Any other party shall be entitled to secure a copy from the reporter at his own expense.N.J.
