Section 13:46-7.7 - Penalties for violations

(a) Any second who violates any of the regulations of the Board shall be disciplined by the Commissioner pursuant to 13:46-22.1.

(b) Any second who gives incorrect information on any application may be suspended by the Commissioner.

(c) A second under suspension shall not work in any boxer's corner.
