No officer, employee or appointee of the Office of the State Athletic Commissioner, including referees, judges, inspectors, timekeepers, physicians, doormen and box office employees, nor any spouse, child, parent or sibling of any such individual, shall have a direct or indirect financial interest in any person, partnership, firm, corporation or association licensed by the Office of the State Athletic Commissioner to hold or conduct boxing bouts, wrestling exhibitions, or sparring exhibitions pursuant to 13:46-4.1. For purposes of this section, "financial interest" does not mean the ownership of less than 10 percent of the publicly traded stock in a corporation for profit.
