Section 13:46-21.6 - Payment of referees

Promoters shall not make payment directly to extreme wrestling referees. The promoter shall write a check to the State of New Jersey in an amount determined by the Chief Inspector in accordance with 13:46-21.2. The check shall be given to the Chief Inspector or the Commissioner's designee at the exhibition and forwarded to the Commissioner by the Chief Inspector. The funds will be disbursed by the Board to the referees based upon the payroll composed by the Commissioner.
