Section 13:46-20.4 - Physical and mental examination

(a) Any extreme wrestler applying for a license must first be examined by a physician who has been licensed to establish both physical and mental fitness for competition.

(b) Every extreme wrestler applying for a license shall be subject to the medical requirements as imposed by 13:46-12A.3 through 12A.13.

(c) The Commission may require an applicant or licensee to undergo any other medical tests the Commission deems necessary.
