Section 13:46-18.18 - Filing period for promoter's contract

All contracts between licensed boxing promoters and boxers or managers of boxers affecting or calling for the service of a boxer shall be filed with the office of the State Athletic Commissioner by such licensed boxing promoter within 48 hours after the execution of such a contract. The information contained in such contracts will be treated as confidential by the Board, the Commissioner, and all SACB personnel.
