Section 13:45J-1.5 - Sample medications

A prescriber may accept sample medications that are intended to be used exclusively for the benefit of the prescriber's patients, provided the prescriber does not charge patients for such samples, and provided all dispensing standards, as applicable, set forth in the prescriber's licensing board rules are satisfied.
