Section 13:45F-2.7 - Fees

(a) A consumer reporting agency may charge the following fees:

1.	Temporary lift or removal of a security	up to $ 5.00
	;freeze..........................................
	and
2.	Replacement or re-issuance of a lost
.	PIN or password...............................	.up to $ 5.00.

(b) No fee may be charged for placing a security freeze on a consumer report.
