Section 13:45B-5.1 - Consulting firm registration requirements

(a) To register as a consulting firm, an applicant shall submit annually:

1. A completed application form provided by the Division containing the information required by 34:8-64 and such other information as the Division may require; and

2. The registration fee, as set forth in 13:45B-7.1.
