Section 13:45A-26D.3 - Violations

Without limiting the prosecution of any other practices which may be unlawful under the Consumer Fraud Act, 56:8-1 et seq., any violations of the provisions of this rule shall be subject to the sanctions contained in said Consumer Fraud Act.
