Section 13:44L-5.5 - Aiding and abetting unlicensed practice

It shall be unlawful for a licensed polysomnographic technologist, technician or trainee to aid or abet any unlicensed person engaging in any of the practices identified at 13:44L-5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.
