Section 13:44J-9.13 - Annual cremation fee

(a) Operators shall submit to the Board the cremation fee pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:44J-3.1(a)1ii annually.

(b) If an operator is required to submit an annual report pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:44J-5.6, the operator shall include the cremation fee with any other charges due to the Board that are submitted with the annual report.
