Section 13:44E-4.1 - Purpose and scope; effective date

(a) The rules in this subchapter implement the provisions of P.L. 2015, c. 283, concerning the licensure of chiropractic assistants.

(b) The provisions in this subchapter shall take effect on *eight* hours of continuing education credit for any program that takes place during the course of one calendar day.
