Section 13:44E-2.10 - Right to a hearing

Prior to any suspension, revocation or refusal to renew a license, the licensee shall have the right to request a hearing which shall be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
