All provisions of this chapter "Administrative Practices and Procedures; Professional Boards" were adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 45:1-17 and became effective on May 18,1979, as R.1979 d.203. See: 11 New Jersey Register 353(b). This chapter expired on 5/17/1984 pursuant to Executive Order 66 (1978).
