Section 13:42A-3.1 - Examination

An applicant shall take and pass the examination to determine the applicant's appropriate competencies, qualifications and abilities to practice psychoanalysis, pursuant to the statute and rules in this chapter except as provided in 13:42A-2.2 or 2.3.
