Section 13:4-2.6 - How to file verified complaints(a) Any person filing a verified complaint with the Division may file by submitting a signed verified complaint to the Division electronically, by regular mail, or in person at any office of the Division. A verified complaint shall be deemed filed on the date it is received by the Division. Any complaint that is submitted electronically may be signed electronically as well.(b) The filing of a verified complaint or any other pleading shall be proven by the time it was submitted electronically, or, for filings submitted by regular mail or in person, the official stamp of the Division or by the signature of any official, employee, or investigator and their written notation indicating the date of receipt.N.J.
