Section 13:39-2.4 - Criminal history background check

An applicant for initial licensure as a pharmacist in the State shall submit his or her name, address and fingerprints for purposes of a criminal history background check to be conducted by the State of New Jersey pursuant to 45:1-28 et seq., P.L. 2002, c. 104, to determine whether criminal history record information exists which may be considered by the Board in determining whether the applicant shall be licensed in the State.
