Section 13:36-3.9 - Failure to complete application process

If a candidate for licensure fails to complete the application process within 18 months of the date of initial application, the Board shall administratively close the application. Following such action, an applicant making reapplication to the Board shall resubmit all required documentation and the applicable application fee set forth at 13:36-1.6.
