Section 13:36-1.6 - Fees and charges
(a) The Board shall charge the following fees:

2. Initial license fee:
i. During the first year of a biennial renewal period ........................................ $ 350.00
ii. During the second year of a biennial renewal period ....................................... . $ 175.00
3. Initial certificate of registration for a mortuary:

4. Licensure examination fee ..................................................... $125.00
5. Practical examination fee ...................................................... $ 75.00
6. Intern registration fee .......................................................... $ 75.00
7. New installation inspection fee ............................................... $150.00
8. Biennial license renewal fees:
i. Practitioner ................................. . $ 350.00
ii. Mortuary certificate of registration ........ . $ 700.00
iii. Late renewal fee ...........................................................$ 100.00
9. Change of manager registration fee .......................................... $ 35.00
10. Funeral home name change fee ............................................... $ 40.00
