A licensee who provides services through telemedicine or telehealth shall maintain a record of the care provided to a patient. Such records shall comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.5, and all other applicable State and Federal statutes, rules, and regulations for recordkeeping, confidentiality, and disclosure of a patient's medical record.
