Section 13:34D-6.6 - Reporting of violations by other licensees(a) Except as provided in this section, a licensee shall promptly notify the Committee when he or she is in possession of information that reasonably indicates that another licensee has demonstrated an impairment, gross incompetence, or unprofessional conduct that would present an imminent danger to a client, or to the public health, safety, or welfare. 1. When the information is obtained in the course of a professional or consulting relationship with a client and the client is unwilling or unable to make the report, the licensee shall report the information only with the written permission of the client.N.J.
