Section 13:34-4.4 - Advertising by unlicensed persons

Advertising by or on behalf of an unlicensed individual who is authorized to practice marriage or family therapy pursuant to 45:8B-6 or 45:8B-8, shall disclose the name of the unlicensed individual and the fact of non-licensure.
