Section 13:29-1A.10 - Licensee requirements

(a) Applicants who satisfy the requirements of this subchapter shall pay the initial license fee as set forth in 13:29-1.5.

(b) Every successful applicant shall comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct in N.J.A.C. 13:29-3.
