Section 13:27-9.16 - Notification of change of address; service of process(a) A certified interior designer shall notify the Board in writing of any change from the address registered with the Board and shown on the most recently issued certificate. Such notice shall be sent to the Board by certified mail, return receipt requested, not later than 30 days following the change of address. Failure to notify the Board of any change of address may result in disciplinary action.(b) Service of an administrative complaint or other Board initiated action at a certificate holder's address on file with the Board shall be deemed adequate notice when service by certified or regular mail is acceptable and shall allow the commencement of any disciplinary proceedings.
