Section 13:27-9.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The rules in this subchapter are intended to protect the health and safety of the public through certification of interior designers pursuant to 45:3-31 et seq.

(b) This subchapter prescribes standards for interior designer certification and for the renewal, suspension or revocation of that certification.
