Section 13:27-3.6 - Notification of change of address; service of process

(a) A licensed architect shall notify the Board in writing of any change from the address currently registered with the Board and shown on the most recently issued certificate. Such notice shall be sent to the Board by certified mail, return receipt requested, no later than 30 days following the change of address. Failure to notify the Board of any change of address may result in disciplinary action in accordance with 45:1-21(h).

(b) Service of an administrative complaint or other Board-initiated action at a licensee's address which is currently on file with the Board shall be deemed adequate notice for the purposes of 1:1-7.1 and the commencement of any disciplinary proceedings.
