Section 13:25-7.2 - Reckless operation

A person who drives a motorized bicycle heedlessly, in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others, in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, a person or property, shall be guilty of reckless driving and may, in the discretion of the Chief Administrator, upon notice and an opportunity to be heard pursuant to the procedures in N.J.A.C. 13:19-1, forfeit his or her driving privileges for a period not to exceed 180 days.
