Section 13:25-5.5 - Consideration of restoration

When the Chief Administrator has denied an applicant a motorized bicycle license pursuant to this subchapter, restoration of the motorized bicycle operating privilege may be considered; provided, however, the period of time has expired that is determined by the Chief Administrator, upon consultation with the Cardiovascular Committee, to be applicable in the case.
