Section 13:25-5.1 - Cardiovascular Committee

The Chief Administrator, in consultation with the Medical Society of New Jersey, shall appoint a Cardiovascular Committee of specialists in cardiovascular disorders for the purpose of guiding him or her in making determinations as to whether persons are physically qualified to operate a motorized bicycle with safety.
