Section 13:25-3.8 - Visual acuity and color perception check generally
(a) All applicants shall be required to meet the minimum vision standards as set by the Commission.
(b) Color perception tests shall consist of the applicant's ability to distinguish between red, amber, and green as used on official traffic control devices.
