Section 13:25-3.15 - Period of validity of motorized bicycle license; digitized color picture; fee

(a) Every motorized bicycle license shall have a digitized color picture of the licensee and shall expire on the last day of the 48th calendar month following the calendar month in which the license was issued.

(b) The fee for the issuance of a motorized bicycle license that has a digitized color picture of the licensee shall be $6.00.
