Section 13:24-7.5 - Possession and exhibition of permit

A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be in the possession of the operator at all times when the blue emergency warning light or lights are operated on a vehicle and shall be exhibited upon the request of any law enforcement official or authorized representative of the Commission.
